• Test your sump pump on a regular basis: You can call out to a professional service to check out the sump pump.
• Roof maintenance: Inspect your roof and replace any missing or damaged shingles. As well as to check for any holes or potential leak threats.
• Clean your gutters: Do this on a regular basis so clogs will not occur.
• Have downspouts away from the home at least 5-10 ft
• Sweep debris away from home: Any leaves or debris around your home may be swept away by flooding and potentially clogging pipes.
• Window repairs and maintenance
