Water Heater Flooding in Moreno Valley, CA

A Moreno Valley residence experienced a significant amount of water damage after a water heater broke and flooded their home. SERVPRO of South San Bernardino City was called out to assist and we were onsite immediately to help! After inspection from our professional onsite techs, we discovered that there were 5 areas that were affected.

A bedroom, hallway (shown above), kitchen, laundry room, and water heater closet. For the hallway specifically, we determined that the carpet, pad, and baseboards needed removal. After the demo we found moisture within the sub-floor. We then placed our state of the art equipment to dry out the sub-floor. Second photo is after the goal was met and equipment was removed as soon as possible!
