Water Heater Pipe Burst in Laundry Room, Colton, CA

This Colton family residence had a water heater pipe burst which resulted in damaging 5 rooms in their home. The above photos is one of those rooms effected by the water damage. For this particular area we first needed to remove materials that were damaged. The Laminate flooring, baseboards, drywall, and insulation were all removed. After the removal of materials we set up our state of the art drying equipment to remediate the wood frame studs and sub-floor. After drying was completed we removed all equipment immediately.
