Why SERVPRO?

Water damage in Phelan, CA was the result of a broken pipe. The homeowner called SERVPRO of South San Bernardino City out for remediation services. After our professional techs inspected the home, they determined that the following needed to be removed: Drywall, insulation, and flooring. The extent of the damage needed the home to have a pack-out for it's contents to properly perform services.  Once packout was completed, we could perform demo to affected materials. After materials were removed there was still moisture found within the frame. We setup our state of the art equipment to dry out the remaining moisture. We were able to get the customer quickly back into their home!
