Attic Pipe Burst in Riverside, CA
A family’s Riverside residence unfortunately had serious water damage after a pipe burst in their attic. SERVPRO of South San Bernardino City was called out to assist and complete all remediation needs. In this particular situation, there were 4 areas that were affected. The hallway, kitchen, laundry room, and living room (seen above). If you look to the ceiling in the living room photo there's visible spots of damage, along with the ceiling, walls, flooring, and baseboard, which were affected as well. After inspection it was determined that the materials needed to be removed. The wood framing still had significant amounts of moisture left in it. We then placed out state of the art equipment to dry everything down. The second photo was taken after drying goals were met and equipment was immediately removed for the family to use this space again!
