Why SERVPRO?

This water damaged kitchen in Corona, was the result of a broken line. The homeowner called SERVPRO of South San Bernardino City for restoration services. During the inspection with our professional techs, the inspected the home to determine areas of damage.

If you take a look at the photos above, you see the area's taped in blue where moisture was found and where is needed to be dried. Once we completed a pack-out for the customer we had our techs come in and start to demo materials, lower, and upper cabinets that could not be saved. Remaining moisture was still present and our drying equipment was needed to dry framing and subfloor. Once remaining materials were dried out we removed the equipment so the homeowner and family could enjoy their home once again!
